My internet was out for two days. It sucked! I clearly have an addiction! Now I have like, a million posts to skim through from all the comms I'm on. -_-;

Around 2 a.m. this morning I realized that I hadn't seen one of my cats all day; the last time I remembered seeing her was Saturday night when she was playing with a door mat in my room. Considering that she usually likes to bother me throughout the day by pawing at my door (and flopping at my feet whenever I walk), I probably should have noticed sooner, but... I KNOW, I KNOW. THAT MAKES ME SOUND LIKE AN INATTENTIVE CAT MOMMY.

And so began my increasingly frantic search for her. I searched everywhere she was usually seen: the cabinets, above the pantry, on top of the couch. I searched everywhere she wouldn't be: the garage, the closets, my brother's room. The only place I didn't check was my mom's room, but only because I'm not that comfortable going in there since her boyfriend moved it (and besides, it was 2 a.m., there's no way I'm walking in on them sleeping or otherwise). She was nowhere to be found, so I tried to go to bed and ended up getting about three hours of sleep.

But guess what? I found her around 8 a.m. in the most obvious place ever. She had wedged herself beneath the loveseat and was hiding amongst the fabric there. She was stuck! In fact, I had to overturn the loveseat just to get her out. If I had been paying more attention yesterday I would have noticed the other cats pawing at something underneath there. WHY DO MOST OF MY CATS NOT MEOW?! Let me know you're in danger, please!!

What's funny is that I had been watching tv while sitting on that loveseat for like an hour, so if she could meow I probably would have found her sooner. [sigh] And yeah, since she couldn't get out by herself, she ended up peeing under there. [double sigh] At least she didn't poop on herself.

------

Also, I had a filling done today so I spent of small portion of the day looking like a sneering Billy Idol whenever I moved my mouth. And, of course, whenever I feel/look terrible, people decide to talk to me more. ;_; Why couldn't they wait until the numbness went away?

If this post is incoherent I blame it on my aching teeth.
