Viz recently announced that they will launch Shojo Beat Magazine that is similar to their Shonen Jump magazine. Currently of the six titles that will be in the serialized in Shojo Beat, only two I'm interested in: Ai Yazawa's "Nana" and Kaori Yuki's "Godchild". Though I am curious why they are calling it "Godchild" when the original title is "Count Cain" (or you can also call it "Earl Cain") and Godchild is the title of the last 6 volumes of Count Cain. Are they not going to release the first 5 volumes of Count Cain. It would be stupid if they didn't, since the first volumes are important in introducing the characters and their backgrounds.

What amused me about the summary Viz had on "Godchild" they called Riff "Cain's faithful manservant". Hahaha, somehow that sounds so wrong. Why couldn't they call him "Cain's faithful butler"? That sounds a hell of a lot better than manservant. Manservant kind of gives off the creepy connotation of him being a sex slave.

Now I'm going to go back to watching "The Breakfast Club" 'cause I love '80s Brat Pack movies (after that, Sixteen Candles is on).
