ghostdriveThis morning I found broken pieces of a gold ornament all around the kitchen and the living room (which is odd seeing that all the Christmas ornaments have been in storage since January). I hope I didn't overlook any of the shards because I really don't want my cats trying to eat them. -_-;

TV Talk:
On Thursday I had my first exam in Art History and I'm a bit unsure on how I did on it. You see, the night before the exam I knew everything; all the dates, styles, artists, etc. were filed into that memorization bank in my head. Then, the morning of the test I went over my flashcards again and I couldn't remember a thing! Noooooo! My brain died in the middle of the night! So I spent about 4 hours hurriedly trying to cram in as much info as I could.
Ugh, that's the first time that's ever happened.

TV Talk:
- Since we don't get The CW here in Corpus I missed the first episode of ANTM Cycle 7 (THE HORROR XD), but, I found out we do get that channel in Rockport so now I'll be setting up the timer on the VCR every week.
Yes, I must have my weekly fix of ANTM lest I start jonesing for more Tyra Banks.Based on what I've seen in the second episode I've concluded that a.) Monique is a SUPER bitch, b.) the twins, Amanda and Michelle, sort of resemble Robin Tunney, c.) Tyra apparently gets a big kick out of the girls looking like drag queens in their photos, and d.) as a whole, those girls are the skinniest of any of the previous cycles (its kind of alarming). - Four designers from Project Runway (Laura, Michael, Uli, and Jeffrey) will be showcasing their lines at Olympus Fashion Week instead of the usual three. ♥! Next week the reunion special will be airing and I'm soooo looking forward to what excuses Keith gives for the supposed "conspiracy" surrounding his departure.
- Ugly Betty made me cry! I guess I'm just sensitive to "pretty" people treating those they view as unattractive as nothing more than bags of crap. Still, I think its going to be a great series. (Besides, I want to see Daniel fall for Betty and all the hijinks that are sure to come up because of it.)
- I've missed the past two new episodes of Avatar. Dammit!

Date: 2006-10-01 04:16 pm (UTC)There is SO much good TV to watch right now. The only thing I never miss is my ♥ Grey's Anatomy. Last night my mom and I had a big TV fest. CSI, Ugly Betty, and 6. I can't wait 'till PR ends so it's one less thing to watch. XD
Ugly Betty made me a little sad too. But it's like the series version of Devil Wears Prada practicly. It's interesting though.

Date: 2006-10-02 12:34 am (UTC)XD Their outfits on that episode were quite terrible weren't they? Especially Angela's. Man, I was kind of excited when she mentioned doing something with an Edwardian collar, but holy crap that outfit was a mess from head to toe.
Grey's Anatomy is one of those shows that I've been interested in watching. House too. One of these days I'll get around to seeing them.

Like everyone's obsessed with House I saw an episode of it last season and it was interesting but what's the big obsession with it? I don't know. Maybe I'll watch it sometime. AHHH So much TV.
