Well, it looks like a stray cat in the neighborhood decided to call our place home. She wandered into our garage around five nights ago looking for food, and has been coming back ever since. She's rather cute, yes? ♥ That little "mustache" she has makes me and my brother laugh.

I've been playing Final Fantasy Tactics Advance off and on for nearly four years now and I still haven't beat it. Why? A combination of 1.) my insane need to complete every single mission possible (currently 234 out of 300) and 2.) the fact that the battle system makes me absolutely bonkers. There's something about the Laws system that drives me away for months at a time. I've grown so disgusted over certain forbidden laws (like "Copycat" and "Dmg2: Animal") that I'll just shut off my GBA if they come up in battle. I CAN'T STAND THOSE LAWS. (Its a good thing I save as often as possible.) They just make some battles last way to long. Also, I don't really give a shit about Anti-laws; most of the time I forget that I can nullify laws, so I'm fairly sure I've just been making things tougher for myself.

Still, as much as I'll complain about it, I really like the storyline and the job classes (the Viera specific jobs are my favorite), and most of all, I love the characters (Marche! Montblanc! ♥) and their designs. ...The only exception being Mewt--that kid's just asking for a thorough bitch-slapping. So, who knows, maybe I'll beat the game in, like, 2 years or so. XD

EDIT. What the hell, I'm curious. What video games drive you guys absolutely crazy and yet you just can't stop playing? Another one of mine is Boktai because of its solar sensor.

I usually just quit playing a game completely if it annoys the hell out of me. FFTA is one of those games.

However, the Suikoden series drives me completely mad sometimes, as there are 108 recruitable Stars of Destiny in each game. I always have "I hope it's not too late to get (character)." running through my head. If you haven't checked them out, you should. V is absolutely stunning.

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is easy until you get to the final boss. I can't even remember what it is that makes it so annoying, but there is some stupid gimmick to the battle. I think you may have to finish the battle in a certain amount of time or stop the boss from doing an insanely powerful move. One of those two. Average ending. If you actually do all 300 mission then your characters will be so strong that you should wipe the floor with the final boss.

I'm fairly certain we're going to bring her inside with our other cats, but first we want to make sure she doesn't have any kittens. Her belly looks like she's recently been nursing (either that or she's lost a litter) and I'd really hate to accidentally separate her from any kittens she might possibly have. Though, since she's been at our house almost 24/7 for the past two days, I'm starting to think she might not have any.

She's so cute and affectionate! I LOVE CATS. ♥ Though that's probably obvious judging by the amount of cat photos I post here. XD

Hahaha, I guess I just like the punishment of a tactical RPG. They kind of suck me in completely. I think the only game I quit playing all together was Chaos Legion. WHY DID I EVER BUY THAT GAME. WHHHHYYYYY.

I've been meaning to check out the Suikoden series for some time now. One day I will, one day.
