Hopefully this won't end up being one of those days when I have breakfast items for every meal.

I went to make myself a fried egg and set the heat too high on the burner, so when I cracked the egg into the pan bits of hot yolk splattered all over my arm!

It was still delicious. So delicious that I've had the same meal twice today: fried eggs, refried beans, and toast. I ♥ breakfast.
