re: Avatar: The Last Airbender finale (3x18-3x21)

Okay, originally I was going to do episode commentary/rambling over Sozin's Comet, but guys! It was honestly full of so much awesome that I am sitting here trying to type out all my thoughts (from the horrible scribble of notes I took) and all I'm getting are the most incoherent sentences ever! So instead I'll be linking to a bunch of posts from various Avatar comms since they're all basically flailing and capslocking and fangirling in the way I would have done:

× I wandered into rawles journal the other day while journal-hopping and thought her post about why Avatar meant so much to her was really beautiful. She manages to express herself in that eloquent way I've never been able to, and I agree with her 100%. Never before has a show touched me as much as this.

And because I'm a big ol' sap when it comes to this show, the moment the end credits came I just started crying. Like, I was bawling. I actually had to sit in my bathroom until I calmed down which was a good thing since my face got all red and I was gasping for breath; I am not a pretty crier). It was a good cry though. ;_; ♥

Man, this show, this show. I'm gonna miss seeing new episodes for it. Hopefully all those rumors of one-hour movies are true. [hopes]
