AHHHHHH, YOU GUYS, ANDY LAU AND JACKIE CHAN AND WANG LEE HOM AND LIKE SO MANY OF MY OTHER FAVORITE CHINESE PERFORMERS WERE SINGING IN THE OLYMPIC CLOSING CEREMONIES. OH, AND YOU TOO, RAIN. AHHHHH. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. And the dancing fuwa! And the incredible Chinese dancers and acrobats! And the pyrotechnics! And and! Zhang Yimou, you have directed a closing ceremony full of such energy that I am sitting here about ready to burst.

I'm so ridiculously happy right now, you wouldn't believe. ♥ Best closing ceremony ever~!

When the closing ceremony re-aired at midnight I forced my brother to watch it with me, lol. He enjoyed it though! He also thought the performers in the black costumes and black helmets looked like they were straight out of Tron when they lit up. XD He also made fun of me for swooning over Andy Lau because its his brotherly duty to make fun of my celebrity crushes, haha.

I'm glad I got to see all my favorite events this year. Last summer games I missed most of swimming and gymnastics stuff and it was disappointing to me.
