I awoke as a teenage zombie.

There is nothing more appealing than to look in the mirror in the morning and see your puffy, red-rimmed eyes, super pale faced, disheveled reflection peering back at you. I looked like the forerunner for Miss Zombie 2005. I accept my trophy with pride for my fellow cold sufferers.

Apparently we did have cold medicine here. I was just too zoned out to notice. So after I took the recommended dosage (....ok, I'll admit it, I took the dose for a 12 year old. Two tablespoons. Damn you know you're tiny when Dimetapp is capable of knocking you out.), I took a nap on my chair. I woke up around 6 in the afternoon feeling somewhat better. At least I'm not at risk for drowning by my watery eyes.

Now I'm off to become one with my couch once more. Hopefully I won't revert to Zombie Mode again.
