It has now been 2 months since I started jogging. \o/ My calves have toned up compared to how they were before; they were kinda hilariously flabby before despite being scrawny. And my inner thighs are losing that sorta faint concave-ness to them near my knees. Overall my previously scrawny legs are less scrawny.
My hipbones are also much less noticeable, which I guess is from my core strengthening or whatever. I think I might actually have gained a few pounds, which was something I really needed.
And all this sweating has helped my face clear upand my mild case of back acne lmao! My jawline was my problem area, and now I am smooth as a baby lol. A definite boost of self esteem.
I mentioned before doing the Couch to 5k plan, and I've sorta been stalled around week 3 for a while now since its just so damn hot! Week 4 involves slowly increasing up to a 5 minute continuous jog, and I can do 3 minutes at most. The humidity is killer here.
And lastly--a sign that the heat has fried my brain--I actually wondered to myself at one point a week ago if there were any local marathons to participate in. Self, stop it. Stop it now.
(Seriously. I've gone from couch potato to actually enjoying exercise. I WEEP.)

And then I also posted a few pictures of the New House on tumblr!
