ghostdriveStart Driving School tomorrow. It'll end on the 27th of this month. Hopefully I'm not too bad at this driving thing. [All past experiences in driving are from the arcade game Cruisin' World, where I did pretty good...until I slammed into cows (wow, they just blew up into meaty pieces) and double-decker buses. ^^;] Now I need to send in my college application.

Let it be known that Takeru Kobayashi, the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest champion, is adorable. (Gah! it was hard to find decent pictures of him. I think I'll just scan that article in Newtype USA from 2 years ago. It had really good pics of him.) Is it lame that I noticed how buff he seems this year? ^_^ While he didn't beat his record from last year (53 1/2 hot dogs [Holy crap, my arteries clog just hearing that number]), he still managed to gobble down 49 of them. And I kind of think that they always seem to seat him next to "Badlands" Booker just to further emphasize their size difference (if I remember correctly, Badlands ate 29 hot dogs this year). I was really impressed by Sonya Thomas though. She could give Kobayashi a run for his money in the contest next year.

Took the kittens to Dr. Thompson (my vet) today. Have to put drops in their eyes twice a day. I do hope this clears the pus from their eyes soon, since they seem to enjoy being able to see (their eyes close back up after awhile). Haha, after Dr. T cleaned their eyes, the little white kitten was absolutely fascinated with her paws. It was as if I could just hear the thought process in her head; "What's this white fuzzy thing? Oh my, its attached to me. Perhaps if I nibbled on it a bit. *chew, chew*" So cute. ♥
Now they need names. Knowing my family's history for naming cats they'll either have Japanese or Russian sounding names. Any suggestions?
