Feb. 17th, 2005 11:13 pmI'm listening to a Fullmetal Alchemist soundtrack and there is one song that I absolutely love. It's called "Brothers" and I think a Russian childrens' choir did the vocals. The melding of the voices are beautiful and the song has a slightly nostlagic, melancholy feel to it.
There is another song using a children's choir that I love also; it's the song "Blue" by Yoko Kanno for the anime Cowboy Bebop. The main singer sings in English while the kids since in some other language (French perhaps? I know it's not Japanese). "Blue" is played during one of the most emotional scenes in the series and I about cried my eyes out. Haha, I love songs that make me feel.
I just saw this line in a fanfic I'm reading, "Aya made a gutteral noise that might have been brains." Bwahahaha, that line is somehow so perfectly in character that I just burst out laughing. Actually the whole chapter that line is from is pretty hilarious.
Feel better than I did yesterday, hopefully I won't get worse tomorrow. I hate getting sick.
