Santos: ...
Me: What?
Santos: Is that a guy or a girl?
Me: Watanuki is obviously a guy. Its not that hard to see.
Santos: Well, you know how all your anime books are. *shrugs* (Note: he enjoys referring to manga as "anime books". I don't know why.)
Me: Come on, he sooo looks like a guy. Here, does Doumeki look like a guy or a girl to you?
Santos: I don't know. That could be a girl.

^^; I know some of CLAMP's character designs can be on the ambiguous side, but there is no way Watanuki and Doumeki could be mistaken for girls. ...Scratch that. Watanuki could pass for a girl if Yuuko managed to force him into a dress, haha. I think that would secretly please Doumeki too. XD But Doumeki? No, no, the image of him in a dress is far too scary. XP

I know what you mean. (I don't see how anyone could mistake those 2 for girls at all!) It's like Gackt. In most his pictures I think he looks like a boy and I don't see how ANYONE could mistake him but.....they do. - -' It's annoying too. Everyone's like "That totally looks like a girl, why do you like him!?"

I think it's 'cause we're used to all these feminine boys 'cause we love our bishounen.

People should read more manga/watch more anime/listen to more japanese male singers!!

I totally understand the Gackt thing. I think he looks like a boy, but no one else seems to think so. I have a bunch of Gackt pictures on my wall and I'm constantly asked who that "pretty lady" is. ^^; Even when his hair is short they still ask that! Poor, poor Gackt.

And bishounen are the greatest things in the world. They're such eye candy. ^____^
