ghostdriveSpent about two and a half hours yesterday completing Episode 2 (Turnabout Sisters) of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. I actually thought I had screwed up since Phoenix was about to give up during his murder trial but luckily it was just part of the story. And the whole trial system in this game is a bit weird. A trial lasts a maximum of 3 days? WTF? Of course its just a game so I shouldn't complain too much. XP Anyway, here are some parts of this case:
--Miss May going ape-shit during the cross-examination. She went from super cutesy to positively psycho after I pressed her on her testimony. And her tendency to jiggle her boobs was a bit disturbing. ^^; I have a feeling Miss May with continue to trouble Phoenix in future cases.
--It amuses me that the Bellboy continues to carry his tray of tea and pastries whilst testifying on the witness stand. He certainly takes his job seriously.
--Edgeworth's purple suit (with a ruffled shirt no less XD) and his arrogant attitude remind me of Atobe from Tenipuri for some reason. Edgeworth is pretty damn attractive...though from the one case I've seen him in, he doesn't really live up to his "big shot attorney" reputation.
--Redd White's vocabulary cracks me up. XDDDD Fantabulistic? Ridiculousity? Splendiferous? That man just likes to make himself sound smart. And for someone who supposedly has the police/judges/etc. in the palm of his hands, he sure lost his case in a simple way. All I had to do was get him flustered.
--Maya Fey is such a cool female character. It was neat that she channeled her sister Mia's soul during Phoenix's murder trial so as to encourage him to not give up the fight.
--Its annoying that the judge just puts up with the witnesses cover-ups. Do you have a brain!
There's very little replay value in this game, but I still think its worth playing. ^_^
Now I must go in search of something to eat.
