Today has been a pretty horrible day...
...my cat Sophie passed away this morning. We had planned to have her spayed today, but she reacted badly to the anesthesia and went into cardiac arrest. I'm...very upset and sad at the moment.
It's terribly hard to bury a pet you love with all your heart. My family, and me especially, will miss her greatly.
Argh, I can't talk about this anymore--my throat and chest are tightening up as I type--, so I'm keeping this post short. My apologies in advance for replying late to anyone's posts and/or comments since I'll be stepping away from lj for a few days.
