1. The X button on my PS2 controller has been sticking lately. I think the extreme button mashing I exhibit while playing KH2 is contributing to the controller's demise. My poor, poor controller. Also, it doesn't help that I practically wrenched the thing from the system the other day (I was ticked off about something) and have flung it to the floor on various occasions in moments of gamer rage. Ah, I'm rather aggressive with my PS2, aren't I? ...I'm actually surprised it hasn't crapped out on me sooner.

2. Something interesting I saw the other day on [livejournal.com profile] lifemetercomics: A Legend of Zelda art submission. Its so cool! While I really like the coloring and the artist's drawing style, what I like best is that Ganon has his old-school design and yet he sort of looks like he just stepped out of the Wind Waker world. Hmmm...I suck at describing. XD

3. Note to self: Add Metal Gear: Ghost Babel for GameBoy Color to list of games I want. Don't know if I'll ever find it though. This seems to be one of those games that has faded off into the sunset.

4. There are just way too many thoughts running through my head throughout the day. Often times I find myself composing lj posts in my mind (first sign of lj obsession?), though they never actually stay in my head long enough for me to type out here. Nor do I ever write these things down on paper for I am a lazy, lazy person. What's really funny to me is that I sometimes think those "head posts" are much more coherent than what I currently post here. So what you usually read here is me being a rambling fool. XD

Hmmmm....I wanted to talk a bit about those Babysitters' Club books I used to be positively insane over in middle school, and about comic book artists I like (or used to like), but that will have to wait until tomorrow (or whenever I next update). Now I must go make praline brownies.

Babysitters' Club and Sweet Valley Twins are the guilty pleasure books of my childhood. :) Oh yeah, and Goosebumps too! I used to love reading R.L. Stine's books. ♥ Haha, my taste in literature was sooooo bad in middle school. XD

AHAHAHAHA, I remember those Babysitters' Club videos! When I first moved here to Rockport, and we didn't have cable yet, I'd go rent those to watch after school. Ah, nostalgia~.

I actually had quite a large collection of the books back in the day, but in a moment of stupidity I sold ALL of them (including my Sweet Valley and Goosebumps collections) in a garage sale. WHHHHYYYYYY!!! I miss those books so much. ;_;

But yeah, Babysitters' Club was so lame, yet sooooo awesome. ♥

AHAHAHA I loved Goosebumps too back in the day!!! I especially remeber reading that one with the green slime on he stair with glasses on the cover. And something with a dog creature on the cover with red eyes.

I remember reading/watching Wishbone a lot too. I had a stuffed Wishbone also. He was sooo cute!

I sold all mine too I think. I don't miss them much though. Hahaha. Those were terrible when I look back at it. XD My childhood tastes crack me up.
