[scans] Marvel Masterpieces comic book cards

I have several completed sets of Marvel comic cards (bought back when I was SUPER into comic books, especially Marvel), but, by far, my favorite is the 1993 Marvel Masterpieces line. ♥ It just has such an wide variety of artwork by artists I considering amazing at the time (Julie Bell, Joe Jusko, and so many others I can't remember at the moment). I scanned a few cards from this set, so take a look if your interested. :)

The Spider-man one below is THE best I think. Its just so cool looking to me. ♥

mystique

polaris

psylocke

spiderwoman

Not sure if anyone is actually interested in seeing any more from this collection (or from any of the others I have for that matter), but let me know I'll scan some more. :) I get rather nostaglic flipping through the plastic card sheets they're held in. XD

Eyeshield 21 is currently consuming my soul. ♥ Shut up, I know I've been raving over this series for more than a year. I just can't get enough. XD Sena. Shin. Himura. Jumonji. Mamori. I freaking LOVE those characters (plus a bunch more). They're sooo full of personality and quirks, and they just make me smile. I'M A DORK. Also, the matches against various other football teams are oddly addicting and exciting. For example, the end of the match against the NASA Aliens? I was seriously about to explode in my seat. It was EXCITING. Oh man, I just love Eyeshield 21. ~returns to downloading more of the Death March story arc~ It amuses me how excited I can get over a series involving football. XD I can remember a time when I wouldn't even touch a sports manga.

I use to love comic cards. I have the 1995 Fleer set including the the Sinister Observations LE set (which includes the best artwork I've seen by Julie Bell and Boris Vallejo). I'd like to look on eBay and see if I could find some sets. Marvel Masterpiece 1994 was cool, too... but it was done entirely by Greg and Tim Hildebrandt. I'm a nerd for knowing their names...

Oh man, I would love to have the 1994 Marvel Masterpieces one because I used to be such a HUGE fan of the Hildebrandts. I always enjoyed the use of colors in their artwork.

Let's see, I have one set done entirely by Jim Lee, another by Art Adams, another by a big variety of artists (Julie Bell and Boris Vallejo included), and...er, I can't remember. XD I think I have at least 6 completed card sets and about 4 halfway complete ones.

...Haha, talking about comic cards makes me oddly happy. Maybe I'll just go ahead a post more.
