Bro: Hey, there are alot of people listed under Hernandez here.
Me: What do you expect? We're Mexicans...
Bro: [continues to look for our name in that pile of Hernandez]
Me: ...living in South Texas.

Really, I'd be more surprised if there weren't a ton of people listed under that last name. XD

Later on, we started having a discussion about D2: The Mighty Ducks (as you can probably guess by now, our conversations aren't the most intellectually stimulating XD), and how totally improbable parts of it are. For instance:

  • How is it that the entire original Ducks team managed to make it into the team representing USA? Wouldn't there be a more diverse selection? Sure, they added in all those other players from around the U.S., but still, more than half their team roster was from Minnesota.
  • What's the point of having a second goalie if she's only used for that one shootout at the end of the game. WTF?! USELESS CHARACTER.
  • Why in the hell did the Goodwill committee allow them to add a new player (Russ Tyler) when they only had, like, a few matches left to play? Wouldn't this be against the rules?

More importantly, WHY AM I CONTEMPLATING THE MIGHTY DUCKS. You'd think I'd have better things to do. XDD

  • What's the purpose of a PE course in college? Oh excuse me, kinesiology. [rolls eyes] Personally, it seems like a waste of time to have that in the core curriculum when you're majoring in something not even closely related to it.
  • Holy crap, there's actually a Japanese language course available at Del Mar. That has me EXCITED. ♥ [going to see if the class is available for the fall semester]

New episode of Project Runway is on. Will make a post on it later (or tomorrow).

I'm not sure who my favorites are yet. I like all the ones you mentioned though. Basically everyones not too bad yet except Angela! That girl must leave....I was so dissapointed when her group won the Macy's challenge. It was a cute outfit though. ><

Yeah I saw that episode on Wed. I'm going to try to keep up with it on Wed. and go over to Sara's but if I can't I have a backup on Monday!

I didn't like the guy who got kicked off. I can't even remember his name XD was it Keith? I think it was. He was an ass.

Angela = no taste (...most of the time). I was so surprised by the outfit she designed for the Macy's challenge since it was like a hundred times better than anything she did before. I'm hoping either her or Bradley are cut next. I thought it was hilarious that there's a contest to have a shopping spree with her. XD Guess whoever wins will have to suffer from her bad clothing input/choices.

Yeah, it was Keith that was kicked off. Ugh, he was so arrogant! This makes me sound like a mean person, but I actually laughed when he said he'd be a laughing stock amongst his friends. XD Personally, he and Jeffrey strike me as asshole-y types.

Angela has potential but she gets a little too crazy. If she'd keep it a little simpler (and cut down on those rosett things) she wouldn't be so bad. SHe also needs to keep far away from those "cupcake" (as I like to call them) skirts. :P Ugly.

Hahaha. I would be so depressed on a shopping spree with her. XD

I laughed a little when he said that too. XD He deserves it! He was cocky. I mean he wasn't a bad designer but he just wasn't all that nice.

I kinda like Jeffery. He's a little arrogant but I still kinda like him for some reason.

LOL at "cupcake" skirts. XD Those things are atrocious, and to think, they actually sell things like that at stores XD.

I agree that Keith wasn't a bad designer (I loved his outfit for the first episode), but his arrogance (and his manipulative nature) is what made me dislike him. Ugh, go have yourself a piece of humble pie, man. Same thing with Jeffrey. I was really put off when he said he couldn't believe he hadn't won a challenge yet. He's like a watered-down Santino in some ways (at least his outfits are pretty good).

I know! On dresses they don't look too awful sometimes but just as a skirt alone with some random top...uhhh no.

That first episode dress was very pretty.

Yes that's the one reason Jeffrey annoys me. Makes me hope he never wins a challenge. But that's kinda mean.
