Butterflies, books, and cats.
Nov. 15th, 2006 06:42 pmTHE GOOD: I have new bedsheets! They're butterfly-patterned and oh so colorful. ♥ All I need now is a new comforter and I'm all set.
THE BAD: New bedsheets are itchy! This will be remedied with numerous trips through the washing machine.
ALSO GOOD: My order from Amazon finally came in. A combination of the super slow mail service here and a nearly lost mail box key* prevented me from getting it sooner. What I got: Fables volumes 5-7, Fables: 1001 Nights of Snowfall, and Hellboy volume 1.
*Our neighbor/family friend in Rockport checks the mail for us every other day, and he accidentally dropped the key for one of the main boxes meant for larger packages on the ground and left it there overnight. MOMENT OF PANIC FOR ME. Luckily, Holiday Beach is full of old people who probably wouldn't be interested in my graphic novels if they had decided to use the key.
