The swordsman amongst purple haze...

ghostdriveBeen in a generally pissy mood for about half the day. And all over the dreaded "C"-word: College. Bleh, its not that I don't want to go. Its just that my social anxiety is already kicking in and giving me mild panic attacks. Super sucky. ...End of subject for now.

Just when I think Samurai Champloo can't get any better, here comes Mugen in a burning marijuana(?) field completely tripping out. Oh how I love you Samurai Champloo. The scene at the end with Mugen and the Tengu (with whom he was previously fighting) chilling in the purple haze just cracked me up. Though, the episode with Shino (the woman who works at a brothel because of her husband's debt) took awhile for me to get into. Probably because Jin seemed so unlike himself that it was a bit jarring (guessing there is some sort of back story to this). Anyway, the conclusion made up for it, and made me actually like Shino. You know, I don't know what made me like her. Maybe because she finally stood up to her husband?Whoooo! Making no sense at all. I love shows with trio dynamics. ♥

Somehow, Nishizono Tetora of MPD Psycho has managed to become even hotter (did he suddenly hit a growth spurt?). I wouldn't feel so bad about this if I actually remembered how old he was. GAH! Is he underage?!Once again, I feel like a pedophile. Is it wrong to like boyish looking characters? Anime/manga makes me feel more perverted than I really am.
I do believe I managed to creep out/scare my brother with my screen saver slideshow of Prince of Tennis Musical actors. ^_^Ah, the joys of youthful boys. I swear a lot of them are older than they look. ^^;
