Its amazing how incredibly lazy I get whenever the internet goes out (sucky dial-up). But still, I managed to get further along in my current cross-stitch project. Check it out:

Question for my fellow Rockport people! This can also go for those in Corpus! Anyone use Road Runner? Is it a decent internet service provider? At first we were gonna switch to AT&T, but then I read rumors of a plan to filter user activity and now, meh. :| That sort of news irritates me.

Any other internet provider suggestions would be appreciated!

Also, WHY WAS I NOT AWARE THAT DVDS FOR BOOK 3 OF AVATAR WERE OUT ALREADY. I spent forever wandering around the family aisle of Best Buy searching for volume one, but I could only find volume 2. Can't wait for volume 3 though, 'cause then I get to cry in pride over Zuko all over again. [dork]

Thank you! I found the pattern off of Sprite Stitch (http://www.spritestitch.com/?p=108) and thought it was the coolest thing EVER. I nearly completed another Mario today and I'm already getting excited over how the whole thing will look once its done. ♥

I only recently started cross-stitching myself, but I love it. I find it oddly relaxing as well...as long as my cats don't attack the thread I'm using. XD And I completely understand how time-consuming it can be; just doing the black tile part took me more than 10 hours total! :O
