Rambling time!

Okay, if you follow my twitter you've probably heard me rave about Golden Graham Treats in an almost insane manner. Besides the vending machines at the college, I've been unable to find them in stores. I've seen them online but fuck if I'm going to pay $25+ for them. Then we visited Sam's Club yesterday and I spotted them, and I practically leaped into the display of boxes with happiness. There is a box of 24 bars sitting on my shelf right now. My brother calls it my "treasure box".

Speaking of my brother, despite the fact our rooms are right next to each other, I take much pleasure in emailing random things to him throughout the day. Things like this and stuff from cakewrecks or whatever. Anything that I'm sure will get him to come to my room and give me that look that says 'what is this craziness you're sending me?' He's not the type to check his email everyday like I am, so often times he logs in and finds a massive amount of randomness from me.

And lastly, WHY THE HELL DID I SIGN UP FOR AN 8AM CLASS. Whyyyy. At the time I signed up it seemed like a good idea, but then after I paid my tuition I realized I would have to wake up around 6:30AM every Tuesday and Thursday. D: I think perhaps this social anxiety medication I'm on is perhaps doing its job a little too well. I've felt oddly energized lately and...happier, I guess?

× I've been seeing these icons of manga!Jesus with manga!Buddha lately and I've been really curious about them. And then I discovered where they were from: Saint Young Men a manga where Jesus and Buddha are roommates, living in the modern times. ITS SURPRISINGLY AWESOME. And very, very funny. And maybe just a tad sacrilegious, but I'm agnostic so I don't care.

From the title of the fic the prompt was obviously Howl's Moving Castle, with Klavier as Howl and Ema as Sophie. Its still an in-progress fic, but its really cute. ♥ I really enjoy seeing how the other PW characters fit into the story.

Oh god, I've gotten, like, six hours of sleep these past three days. I'M ON THE VERGE OF FALLING FACE FIRST INTO MY LAPTOP. Hopefully, if I do, the keys of my keyboard don't go shooting off like they did when Captain fell onto it (silly cat). That shift key has never been the same.

Anyway, I was looking through the December video game releases at Game-Releases.net and saw that there's only a few titles coming out this month that I'm actually interested in. Yay. Now, when I'm making out my Christmas list later, I don't have to choose through a million December releases like I did last year and can instead pick out some from my backlog of wanted games. [cough]Chrono Trigger, Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, Time Hollow, etc.[cough]

December releases I'm interested in:

× Prince of Persia (PS3, Dec. 2)
× Persona 4 (PS2, Dec. 9; this plus the P4 expansion pack are my mom's b-day gifts to me)

My brother has yet to give me a birthday present. That must be remedied soon.

Speaking of my brother, he let out several unmanly squeaks when he opened his birthday gifts (which were two XBox 360 games from my mom and two Wii games from me, plus a Super Mario Galaxy commemorative coin that the employee at Toy'R'Us threw in for free). He also shook his gift packages around in a child-like, excited manner. XD I have not stopped making fun of him.

So, I can't be the only one laughing inappropriately over Happy Trail Mix, right? Come on, Happy trail. My brother and I spotted this snack at a hospital vending machine and spent the next few minutes giggling to ourselves. We will forever be little kids, it seems. ( Another cellphone picture. )

Its probably pretty sad that the highlight of my day was going to the very cold hospital cafeteria with my brother (lol, its like we're glued together most of the time) and eating delicious cheese enchiladas while we shivered like a couple of chihuahuas amongst all the doctors and nurses, right? Ahhh, I have no life.
